Kinjal began her career with a background in science, but soon discovered her true interest in understanding people and workplace behavior. Over time, she witnessed how professionals in high-pressure environments silently struggle with stress, burnout, and emotional fatigue while continuing to perform. Seeking a meaningful way to support people beyond conventional corporate systems, she trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, mastered mental wellness techniques, and transitioned into coaching. 

Today, her mission is to empower corporate and IT professionals with practical mental mastery tools that build emotional resilience, clarity, and confidence — without therapy or dependency.

This 2-hour certified NLP workshop helps you reset your mind, manage workplace stress, and restore balance between your professional and personal life. Through practical techniques and real-life methods, participants will learn to manage stress, anxiety, overthinking, day-to-day conflicts, and emotional overload commonly encountered in corporate environments.

The session also includes a brief introduction to Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)—what it is, how it works, and how small mindset shifts can create lasting positive change.
