Lisa was an inspiration and example of how to live a selfless life, living every day with such grace and beauty. She genuinely loved all people and her loving spirit connected the people around her. So let's continue to honor her legacy by living our lives to the fullest, as Lisa did.
Lisa’s family established a scholarship in loving memory of their daughter, sister, wife and mother. It is made possible by the love and support of the family, friends and many community members who all wanted to be part of honoring Lisa. She touched so many people's lives as a teacher and coach in the Swan Valley School District, creating Girl HYPE a program for local teenage girls, running Growing Years Christian School and being a mentor to so many throughout her life. The scholarship helps local female seniors as they start their journey after high school.
About the Race
Get ready for a fun & festive summer run! Our 5K is a scenic off-road adventure. This event is perfect for runners and walkers of all ages. Entry to the race will get a t-shirt. Please note this race will NOT be professionally timed.
