Join us for our group meet up/run every other Monday at 5:30pm!

Meet at the VanWormer trailhead of the Saginaw Valley Rail Trail at 5:30pm. Our meet ups start with announcements, sharing, and getting warmed up. Then we head out on the trail for 20 minutes, and then head back for 20 minutes.
We welcome walkers, runners, bikers, skaters, etc. - all paces, all styles, seriously! We start together, and we end our activity together. Nobody gets left behind. Strollers and well-behaved dogs on leashes are welcome.
