Sarah Paz Hyde joins the Brownstone Station community for a special Triple 8 Lion's Gate Portal Sound Journey. This year's planetary alignments are particularly heightened and focused on:

As we travel with sounds infused by the melodic, shamanic qualities of the handpan, ngoni & frame drum, our time together is simply an invitation to remember who and what we are, meeting our edges to gift space for abundance and opportunities to appear. This sound immersion is interwoven with dreamlike, ancestral vocalizations & lullabies, alongside an assortment of instruments including gongs, the shruti box, bowls, chimes and percussive elementals.
Inspired by the natural world – the 5 elements of Air, Wind, Water, Fire & Aether – we will oscillate between stillness and sound to travel through the peaks & valleys of the inner world to access rest & release, and more deeply integrate balance & harmony within.
