Join me for a nourishing, pulsing, grounding, crazy-cool experience!
We will gather in the caves, in the lingering energy of a Lunar Eclipse in a Pisces full moon. We will explore deeper, peeking into our corners, our shadows, our cache of (k)nots and stagnating conditioning. Allowing and giving permission for the shadows to move and dance, the Pisces flow of emotion, energy in motion. Each of us a wave in the ocean, a rock in this cave, a breath of the wind. Each of us the shadow crossing the moon, plunged into darkness. Each of us the Moon, cycling, dependable, with brightly lit stars gathered around us, cheering us on.
Revealing to our own noticing that we are always brightly lit and brightly full behind the always-in-motion flow of energy. Opening to the Courage and Trust to see what there is to see in the darkness, and prepared with Clarity and received Wisdom to see as the darkness is illuminated. To notice what we notice. To reveal to ourselves what we are agreeing with. To step out of our own shadows and auto pilot spaces and dare to look around…at our own choices.
Let the cave energies nourish and soften the invitations we have all been traveling with. It’s been an intense stretch! The collective shadows being brought to the light for reckoning, our individual choices and releases weaving within the Whole. What are we each contributing? Fear or Separation? Anger or Grief? This unwinding is happening behind the scenes, as an eclipse of humanity. How will we each be revealed as the Light is revealed? Will we dare to step forward? We can choose Trust. Shining brighter, each of us beckoned to add to the light, not to the darkness… We are each here on purpose, part of the recipe of whatever is whatevering. Release anticipations and expectations. Open the box of curiosity and adventure. Release distractions. Focus on what we want, not what we don’t want.

As an extra delight, I will be joined by my Priestess Sister Jennifer Rabenstein, also well versed in the conversation of vibrations and moving energy, creating a multi layered sound experience! We will work as a Sacred Team, inviting participants to surrender and feeeeeel the sounds as they travel as unique encounters. We will energetically move through the depths and passages of the cave, and our Being. Rippling invitations to open-open-open. Surrendering to Clarity, leaving the old constrictive stories behind.

Feel the vibrations )))))) inspired by the circular motion of the sound of glass and high quality metal bowls, rattles, bells, chimes, voice tones and hand drum beats, collectively known as a "sound immersion". Feel the taps on the gong as the vibrations ripple into you...and further into the Universe. (You-in-Verse...) Become fully present. No thoughts. No where to go. Nothing to do. Simply noticing the sensations of energy. Noticing the choice to allow the shadows to be seen and released with blessings and gratitude for deep lessons learned. Let the cave compost these things we are each dragging. There is no room for them in our expansion.

Experience a Shamanic Pranayama session, deep in the Earth, breathing an intense sequenced rhythm designed to stir up and dismantle any festering or stale spaces in your energetic operating system. Rage or sobbing, all poised for composting. Sit in the depth of surrender as the lights go out, listening deeply to the drips and subtle sounds of complete and utter darkness. Your whole body breathing in, your whole body breathing out.
Breathe deeply, root, re-member.
Sitting or lying in the Cave's constant 52 degrees, which will feel so delicious on the hot summer evening, we will merge and become the Sacred Space. No separation. Dissolve and disappear into the sounds, the silence, the darkness, the expansiveness.
Hearing the echo of the sound vibrations bouncing and dancing through the caverns, the drips of the water and perhaps, listening closely, the constant pulse of the Earth.
Ascend from the depths into the humid late summer night air, with a knowing of a group journey, like nothing encountered before. Gaze into the skies and breathe with the quietly present waning Full Moon, and perhaps watch for shooting stars, with all chakras wide open, deeply grounded and present, feeling Full of your Self. Lingering. Marinating.
