Through guided prompts, you'll create a vision board that reflects not just what you want to achieve, but how you want to feel and who you're becoming.
We'll then transition into a restorative sound bath and Reiki, allowing the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls to support relaxation, reflection, and integration. You'll leave with your personalized vision board, renewed inspiration, and a deeper connection to your intentions for the months ahead. No artistic experience is necessary!
