Lion's Gate 8/8 Portal: A Heart Chakra Event

Each year on 8/8, the Lion's Gate Portal marks a season of heightened reflection, intention, and personal renewal. Symbolically associated with the radiant energy of the Sun, this annual gathering invites us to reconnect with our inner light, open the heart, and consciously plant the seeds for the cycle ahead.

This year's Lion's Gate experience at Stillwell's Emporium is centered on the Heart Chakra—the energetic bridge between our earthly lives and our highest aspirations. Throughout the afternoon, we'll explore practices designed to cultivate compassion, gratitude, courage, and authentic connection while creating space for meaningful intention-setting.

Guests will be welcomed with a gentle smoke cleansing before moving into an immersive afternoon of ritual, creativity, education, and community.

Together, we'll write eight heartfelt intentions for the coming year, and enjoy a special presentation from Jasmine Little. You'll also have the opportunity to visit interactive practitioner stations, craft your own intention candle and mineral-rich salt bath, and create a custom crystal bracelet to serve as a wearable reminder of the path you're choosing.

As the afternoon draws to a close, we'll gather for a guided heart-centered meditation and restorative sound bath inspired by the symbolism of the Spiritual Sun, offering time to slow down, integrate, and reconnect with yourself before receiving a collective tarot or oracle message for the journey ahead.
