Join us for a deeply relaxing experience where you’re bathed in sound vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more! The sounds + frequencies help calm your nervous system, quiet your mind, and bring your body into a state of balance and harmony. 


4x per week at Stillwell's Emporium for just $22! 

Wednesdays 6:45 - 8pm
