Your night begins with a welcome wine and canapés, followed by a four‑course dinner crafted by Executive Chef Haydn Shaak, known for his refined, seasonal, and locally sourced approach to Appalachian‑inspired cuisine.

Each course is thoughtfully paired to highlight the nuance, structure, and expressive character of Lingua Franca wines—crafted in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and revered for their blend of Old‑World elegance and New‑World purity.

The wine program for the evening will feature a curated selection of Lingua Franca Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, celebrated for their balance, minerality, and site‑driven personality.
