Join me for an hour of total relaxation in a safe, friendly class where you don’t need to be an expert! We start with gently getting ourselves ready and following a meditation before falling into the sounds of the gong, crystal bowls and chimes. A perfect end to the week and relaxing start to the weekend.All equipment is provided. Please wear comfy clothes and bring some water.
This venue has stairs.
This event is unsuitable for those with epilepsy, pregnant ladies, recent injury or trauma and some mental health conditions, heart problems or those with deep brain devices. Please check with me first regarding medical conditions as tickets are non-refundable.
