Join Aparna for a deeply nourishing workshop dedicated to the ancient practice of chanting devotional mantras—a spiritual tradition rooted in Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. Aparna (who if you've attended her Hatha +Nidra, has a voice that hypnotises you when singing), has a Level 2 in the Bhagavath Gita - a detailed understanding of the spiritual benefits and pronunciations of chanting mantras. Through the rhythmic repetition of sacred syllables, you'll experience the profound effects of mantra chanting on the mind, body, and soul.
This workshop is open to all levels—no prior experience required. Whether you're seeking spiritual growth, emotional healing, or simply a moment of peace, you'll find inspiration and support in this guided journey. Whether you are wanting to learn more about chanting, wishing to experience the effects of it first hand with guidance, are keen to get to know some of the popular ones to assist you in classes when Aparna includes them, or simply want to feel the vibration of chanting with others.. this is an ideal opportunity.
This workshop will end with a 20-30 minute Hari Om meditation - a meditation mantra of cleansing, surrender, peace and universal connection.
