Limitless Flow Breathwork - Pop-Up in Walnut Creek

A 90-minute, music-driven, immersive breathwork practice designed to regulate your nervous system.

The first part moves you into a sympathetic peak. The second, drops you into a deep parasympathetic recovery. The result is a measurable physiological reset, often paired with a significant mental and emotional release. You walk out clearer, calmer, and noticeably regulated for days afterward.

Not a yoga class. Not a meditation workshop. Not a wellness event. This is applied physiology and flow state science in a group setting, taught by a former chef turned high-performance coach who teaches nervous system regulation to leaders, creatives, and professionals.

Anyone navigating high stress, high-performance demands, burnout, anxiety, sleep issues, or the general modern condition of running too hot for too long. No experience necessary. First-timers welcome.

Dave Gieselman is a former chef turned high-performance coach. He uses applied physiology, breathwork, and the neuroscience of flow state to teach leaders, creatives, and professionals how to regulate their nervous systems in real time and stay clear, present, and high-functioning across the demands of work, relationships, and an active life.

The professional kitchen was the extreme environment where these skills were forged: high-end, fine-dining, zero-error environments. Twenty years later, he runs weekly Limitless Flow Breathwork sessions in Los Angeles and travels to lead pop-ups, corporate off-sites, and professional development sessions across the country and around the world.
