Welcome everyone to our Limited RCQ for Aetherdrift. This event will be a 2-slot RCQ, meaning TWO winners will each receive an invitation to compete at the next Regional Championship run by Star City Games, scheduled to be held either May 2-4th in Minneapolis Minnesota, or May 16-18th in Hartford Conneticut! This series, organized by Wizards of the Coast and Star City Games, feeds directly into the Pro Tour and World Championship for Magic The Gathering! Don't miss your chance to attend these awesome events!
The format for this RCQ will be ๐จ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐บ๐๐๐๐๐ with a Top 8 Draft, and the Player Cap for this event will be 64!

๐๐ญ๐ซ๐ฎ๐๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐: Aetherdrift Sealed, 4-6 Rounds of Swiss (based on attendance) with a single elimination Top 8 Draft to determine a winner!
๐๐ซ๐ข๐ณ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฉ๐ฉ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ: Scaling with attendance. Base prize support will be 1 Pack per Win, and extra prize support at 2 Packs per Win (or store credit equivalent) will begin at an easy 24 participants and scale from there. There are special Mayhem Devil Anime promos for making Top 8, and exclusive Top 8 pins from Pinfinity. We will also be raffling off some cool prizes during the event, so all players have a chance at going home with something!
The winner of the event will also receive a super sick foil Mayhem Devil Anime promo, Champion Pin from Pinfinity, and an invitation to either RC in Portland or Charlotte!
The first 32 players to sign up will also receive a sweet Force of Despair promo exclusive to these events! Again, preregistration can be done through the Companion App with code: ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
Players will engage in a Sealed tournament for Aetherdrift, where they will each be given 6 sealed Play Booster Packs to construct 40 card decks with. After the deck building and deck registration phase, players will play 5-6 rounds of Swiss (based on attendance) at max 50 minutes per round. After swiss has concluded, the top 8 players will go head to head in a single elimination draft bracket until a winner is crowned!
