Limelight: A Conversation in Sound. Join the ICO and classical violinist and jazz trumpeter Justin S. Kinchen for an afternoon of enjoyable music on Sunday March 9 2025 at 3pm at the Schrott Center for the Arts (Butler University).

The performance will be presented by The Indianapolis (IN) Chapter of the Links Incorporated to benefit the Indianapolis community through chapter programming for adults and teens and scholarships for local youth through the Links Foundation. Attire: Dressy.

Up-and-coming multitalented musician and composer Justin S. Kinchen will return to his hometown and be joined by the Indianapolis Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Maestro Matthew Kraemer and accompanied by several guest artists for an afternoon of a wide range of musical genres from classical to jazz to contemporary. In Limelight in addition to the ICO Justin will be accompanied by professional jazz musicians from Miami Chicago and Austin as well as artists well-known here in Indianapolis and far beyond including saxophonists Todd Williams and Rob Dixon trumpeters Clifford Ratliff and Mark Buselli bassists Jonathan Wood and Bill Myers and drummer Cassius Goens as well as band members Willie Bays Peter Goggin Sofia Kraevska and Scott Routenberg.
