You’re warmly invited to an evening of stillness, connection, and deep inner restoration.

To tune in to the quiet stirrings of your soul
and allow your body to gently catch up
with all the energy that has been moving through you.
We begin with a Light Body meditation
a guided inner journey through the elemental layers of Earth and Cosmos.
We connect with the living field of energy around us,
inviting our Totem allies and the subtle qualities they bring.
From here, we meet our Authentic Selves
offering our dreams and prayers to Mother Earth
in unity with all that lives.
As we bathe in soft frequencies and shared intention,
you’ll be supported to simply receive,
to be breathed by Life,
to rest in the flow of your own presence.
After a short pause, we ease into a gentle breathwork journey.
Not to push, not to purge
but to meet the body as a beloved friend.
To listen. To soften. To trust.
With music, presence, and breath,
we create space for the nervous system to reset,
inviting deep peace, subtle release,
and spaciousness within for the qualities your heart is ready to embody.

Duration: About 2.5 hours total (1.5h meditation + 1h breathwork + a short break)
Languages: English or Dutch, depending on participants

water, a journal, and anything else that makes you feel held.
Arrive with light nourishment in your belly and an open heart.
