We are back following the expansion of Summer to bring you an opportunity to explore your Heart Sounds and Light Language.🫀🗣️
This is a group exploration using movement, sound, breath and relational exercises to bring connection to our deepest selves and allow our pure tones to rise up through the body and be heard.
Whether you have spoken gibberish or gobbledygook when you were younger or have your own language with animals and children this is an opportunity to use pre-verbal communication and sounds to more deeply connect with your self, your heart and others as well as exploring the healing nature of these tones.
If you know that you can speak Light Language; come and exercise it, if you are new to it, let’s observe and have curiosity how yours will sound. This is a great setting to be in to see what happens in your body when you explore these pure sounds. You can use this opportunity to gather more understanding, be curious and feel freer in your relationship with this part of yourself. We will also enquire more about channelling and see if any messages from loving guides want to come through.
Come in comfy clothing bring water in a bottle and anticipate movement and sharing your voice and welcome an openness to whatever passes through all coming from a place of love.
About your host…
Aurora has been a channel for the past 8 years where her movement, Heart Sounds and Light Language came through following a strong kundalini awakening. She has journeyed through her own analysis and enquiry receiving feedback from clients and conversing with her guides to understand this phenomenon more intricately. Recently completing a course with World Renowned Channel Lee Harris she has found ways to allow for these sounds to come with confidence and sovereignty.
