Join us for a serene evening of reflection and renewal as we embrace the power of sound healing to soothe the soul. This special candlelight sound bowl session is designed to provide a safe and peaceful space for women to process grief, nurture emotional well-being, and find inner calm during the holiday season.

Guided by a professional sound healer, the gentle vibrations of sound bowls will help ease the heart and mind, offering a restorative experience to support emotional resilience.

Attire: Comfortable clothes, You can bring your own yoga mat or blanket, (shoes will be removed at the door so wear socks)
