Join us for a special Winter Solstice Celebration at Edgemont Healing Center, hosted by SouLumen. This event will honor the longest night of the year with a beautiful, restorative experience designed to bring light, peace, and connection.
The evening will begin with a Slow Flow guided by Kerrie, offering a gentle and grounding practice to help you connect with the stillness of the season. As you settle into savasana, Sarah Brown Lyons will guide you into deeper states of relaxation with a soothing meditation, inviting you to release tension and embrace the calm energy of the solstice.
Throughout the practice, Pierce will weave live music into the space, blending synthesizers and sound healing instruments to elevate the experience and help you tune into the vibrations of the season.
After class, we invite you to stay for food and fellowship. This is an opportunity to meet the new owners of Edgemont Healing Center, connect with the community, and share in the warmth and light we create together on this sacred night.
