Light Bath – Creative Reset is a guided audiovisual session designed to regulate the nervous system and support emotional balance, clarity and creativity.

Through light stimulation, immersive sound, breathwork and meditation, the brain is gently guided into specific states that align with the time of day.

This midday session supports:

No experience needed. Just lie down, close your eyes and let the system recalibrate.
