Lifted From The Rut combines evidence-based addiction treatment with a Christ-centered approach to help individuals and families move beyond addiction toward lasting freedom, restored identity, purpose and transformation.
We offer morning and evening Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Outpatient (OP), individual services, virtual options and ongoing recovery support for adults who need meaningful treatment while continuing to live their lives, work and care for their families.
But this day isn't about treatment programs.
It's about celebrating HOPE.
Hope for the person still struggling.
Hope for the family wondering what to do next.
Hope for the person rebuilding their life.
Hope for the person celebrating another day, another month or another year in recovery.
And hope that no one is too far gone.

About the Program:
Lifted From The Rut’s Christ-Centered Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) blends professional clinical care with the hope of faith and community. We help individuals rebuild their lives and find lasting freedom by restoring hope, identity, and purpose through evidence-based therapy and compassionate, Christ-centered support.
Whether you’re a faith-based leader, treatment professional, or community partner, we’d love for you to see how we’re serving clients through a Christ-centered approach — and explore how we can collaborate as mutual referral sources to help people find freedom and lasting recovery.
