The Greater Denver Metro HYROX Full SIM is back!!
Whether you're preparing for HYROX Denver in November, chasing a new PR, or experiencing a HYROX-style event for the very first time, this is your opportunity to test your fitness in a race-day environment alongside an incredible community of athletes.
This event is designed to closely replicate the HYROX race experience, helping you build confidence, dial in strategy, and understand exactly where your strengths and opportunities lie before race day.
What to Expect
✔ Full HYROX race simulation format
✔ Heats of 4 athletes every 10 minutes for smooth flow and minimal waiting
✔ Coaches stationed at every workout zone to:
- Guide movement standards
- Ensure safety and proper form
- Provide encouragement and energy throughout your race

✔ Athlete village with vendors, recovery partners, coffee, and more!

No matter your experience level, this event is built to challenge you while creating an atmosphere that is supportive, competitive, and fun.
Heat Assignments
Participants will race in heats of 4 athletes every 10 minutes, beginning at 8:00 AM.
Athletes may request to race with friends during registration. While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Final heat assignments and event details will be emailed 3 days prior to race day.
Spectators
Friends, family, and supporters are encouraged to attend and cheer on participants throughout the day.
The energy of the crowd is one of the best parts of this event, and we can't wait to fill the venue with athletes and supporters.
