About this Event

Lifted Flow Class

Come join us for a rejuvenating Lifted Flow class with Home and Heart Studio! This class starts with an energetic hand mudra and a brief discussion of the day's energy. Tapping and sound (EFT) are then used to open energy centers, followed by 30 minutes of movement—a mix of yoga, pilates, and functional patterns, suitable for all levels. The session ends with a relaxing 10-15 minute sound bath. Start your week off right with this amazing class and a special discount for your participation!

Yoga mats and refreshments will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own of each if desired!
