Join us for a soothing and transformative experience in our Monthly Reiki and Energy Healing Circle, guided by Reiki Master Teachers, Sinead and Sharon. This sacred space offers an opportunity to relax, restore, and connect with your inner peace, as Sinead and Sharon share their wisdom and healing energy to support your journey.
Whether you're new to Reiki or a seasoned practitioner, this circle is open to all. Together, we will explore the healing potential of energy work, offering space for deep relaxation, stress relief, and energetic alignment. Through these guided sessions, you’ll receive a gentle yet powerful healing experience, helping you to release tension and find balance on all levels – physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Join us the last Sunday of the month at 10am.
Yoga mats, meditation pillows etc are available at the studio to use or you may bring your own mat and blanket for a cozy experience.
Dress comfortably and bring an open heart.
This is a safe, inclusive space for all.
The studio is unfortunately not handicap accessible. It is located on the 3rd floor via stair access only.
