Join us for a special interactive workshop designed for parents and teens to learn and listen together.

Both a parent and a teen must attend together.

LiFT (Linking Families and Teens) is a free, evidence-based course that empowers parents and caregivers to have open, confident conversations with their teens about sex, relationships, and healthy decision-making. Through engaging sessions, families will explore important topics like boundaries, values, sex, technology, and relationships together. LiFT creates a supportive, activity-based space for parents and teens to connect and strengthen their relationship.

In this workshop, families will explore:

• Family communication skills
• Ways to confidently talk about sex with your teen
• How to ask/answer tough questions about sexual health
• Healthy relationships
• Family values and goals
• Technology use
