A 4-week strength + confidence program designed to help girls build strong bodies, confident minds, and a powerful sense of self.

This program is designed to help your daughter:

Each session combines strength training + mindset coaching, helping girls grow both physically and emotionally.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 2:30 PM – 3:15 PM

Mondays & Wednesdays 1:30 PM – 2:15 PM

June Camp: June 1 – June 26

July Camp: July 6 – July 31

Each session runs for 4 weeks.

Each group is capped at just 8 girls to ensure:
