Join us for the LifeWatchers Foundation class which will be 6 two hour classes to nurture health, vibrancy and mind/body resilience.

🔸Blood testing protocols through the lens of functional medicine concepts
🔸A container of support within a wise community.
🔸We will take you through the three "I's"....
Taking in **Information**,
formulating **Intention**,
and **Initiating** action.
The first class is forming now.
This is a Foundation Class for an Ongoing Group
