Our very first meeting went really well, and we expect this group to keep growing. Going forward, we've decided to meet on the last Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. This is a free, come-as-you-are, open-to-the-public meeting. Bring your struggles, your wins, and your questions---and let's support each other as a community on the path toward optimal health.Important this month:
Tuesday the 24th is the Health Care Showcase at the Fayetteville Town Center (we hope to see you there---and we're grateful to be a sponsor!). Because of that event, February's Lifestyle Support Group will be moved to the following Thursday at 6 pm.
