You are invited to come and try a Seated Dance Class!
In the majestic WAGIN Town Hall, join Lifespan Dance for a creative, joyful dance class in the safety of your own chair.
This class is suitable for seniors, people with limited mobility due to Parkinson's and other conditions.The classes are led by qualified dance artists trained in the Dance for Parkinson's methodology, and the class is designed to bring movement, music and joy together!
This class is open to the community and will be held on Tuesday April 22nd at 10:30 - 11:30am followed by a morning tea (provided) afterwards for a chat with fellow dancers.
The class is FREE but registration is essential. Please phone 98611847 to book your place. Carers/partners/family members/support workers are welcome.
