This series is designed specifically for adults who want to enhance their strength and balance for a healthier and more confident life. All levels are welcome.
In this class you will:
Strengthen your core and major muscle groups with targeted exercises that will help you with all of your daily activities.
Focus on movements that mimic daily tasks—like stepping, reaching, and turning—so you can go about your day without injuries or pain.
Learn proper form and technique so you feel more confident as you move your body and reduce your risk of falling.
Walk away with tips and short, simple routines you can do outside of class for lasting results.
Stress reducing and mindfulness techniques to help you have a calmer mind.
Entire series is recommended though single classes are also welcomed.
