Life Interrupted: A Community of Care for Those Navigating Divorce, Separation and Rebuilding
When a relationship ends, it rarely happens quietly. It feels like a sudden fracturing—a profound interruption to the life you planned, the dreams you built, and the identity you held. If you are navigating the painful, often disorienting waters of separation or divorce, please know this: you do not have to walk this valley alone.
Starting this fall, our community is launching Life Interrupted, a ministry dedicated to providing an encouraging, safe, confidential, and grace-filled space for those picking up the pieces of a broken relationship.
Led by Paige Alford, who has walked this journey personally and professionally, this group isn't about judgment, easy answers, or rushing your healing. Instead, it is a place to bring your raw honesty, your grief, and your anger, anchoring them in a community that understands. Together, we will look at the realities of modern separation through the lens of Lutheran grace—reminding ourselves that even when our lives feel utterly disrupted, God’s steadfast love remains uninterrupted, and God’s story for you is far from over.
Gathering Details
When: The 3rd Wednesday of the month (September through February)
Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Where: Trinity Lutheran Church
What to Expect: A casual environment, a short reflection, open sharing (always optional), and a supportive community of peers.
No matter where you are in the rebuilding process you are welcome here. Come exactly as you are.
