Sometimes it's easier to picture the life you’re drawn to before you can put it into words.
Through guided visualisation and digital vision boarding, Life in Focus gives you space to explore people, places and possibilities you’d like to make more room for in your life.
Over two hours, we’ll turn your ideas into a digital wallpaper — a simple visual reminder of the life you want to create.
What we’ll move through together:
✦ Is Manifestation Real?— A grounded look at manifestation, visualisation and
why picturing the future can be useful.
✦ Visualise What’s Next — Step away from the noise of everyday life and take some
time to picture what you actually want your days to look and feel like.
✦ Bringing It Into Focus — Bring your ideas together into a digital vision board —
whether it becomes your phone wallpaper, desktop background or simply a visual
reminder to return to when you need a little direction.
You’ll leave with:
✦ A clearer picture of what you want to make space for
✦ Your own digital vision board and wallpaper
✦ One or two things to keep in mind as you figure out what’s next
