About this Event
Libraries thrive through inclusive practices for the public—and they should as our workplaces too. Join four agencies for an interactive program on inclusive management and coaching strategies that support employees with intellectual and developmental disabilities to strengthen our library teams.
Designed for library administrators, managers and supervisors, this session will feature a moderated panel, small-group discussion, scenario-based learning, and Q&A.
