We are excited to announce registration for the LHF Annual Conference 2026 is now open. This year’s conference will be held at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside, and we are introducing several exciting and new experiences designed to create stronger connections, meaningful conversations, and a more engaging weekend for everyone. This conference is open to those in Louisiana with a bleeding disorders and family members.
IMPORTANT REGISTRATION DEADLINE — JUNE 5, 2026
To help us responsibly reserve hotel rooms, meeting space, meals, and programming needs, ALL registrations and deposits must be received by: June 5TH.
Please do not miss this deadline.
Team-building activities beginning Friday evening
Specialized breakout groups for:
Hemophilia A
Hemophilia B
Von Willebrand Disease
Educational sessions and interactive programming
Separate kids and youth programming
Opportunities to connect with other families who truly understand your journey
A special adults-only off-site activity and dinner on Saturday night
Exhibitors, prizes, networking, and more!
Friday Registration and Programming Begins at 4:00 PM
and will include: dinner, opening activities, subgroup team-building sessions, exhibits, kids' programming
Saturday Programming will be all day: 8 am - after the Saturday evening activity and will include meals, speakers, exhibits, presentations, interactive sub-group activities, kids' programming
To secure your spot and/or your family’s place at the LHF Annual Conference 2026, a completed registration form and refundable family deposit must be received by June 5.
Please note:
-Use ONE registration form per hotel room needed and include those individuals on that form.
-Only registrations with payment submitted will be considered confirmed.
-Due to hotel and meeting space commitments, unpaid registrations cannot be guaranteed.
-The refundable deposit is required per hotel room reserved through the organization.
-The deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of the conference provided that:
-attendees utilize the hotel room reserved by the organization for the nights that you register for.
-attendees participate in all required conference programming and scheduled sessions
This policy helps ensure that LHF funds are used responsibly and allows us to continue providing quality accommodations, meals, educational programming, and activities for all participating families.
