About this Event
Happy PRIDE Month!
You are invited --
To celebrate PRIDE month, the BSLA DEI Committee invites you to join us for a historical walking tour of Boston Common and the Public Garden led by Queer History Boston. We'll explore the stories of LGBTQ+ Bostonians, including writers, activists, drag queens, pilgrims, and protestors; add queer context to historical monuments; and make connections between our community's history and our future.
The tour begins at Park Street Station (at the corner of Tremont and Park Street) and ends at the 54th Regiment Memorial (26 Beacon St, Boston, MA 02108. Please wear comfortable shoes for walking. Dress for the weather; this will happen rain or shine.
The walking tour will last approximately one hour.
