🌈 This Week’s Yoga With Us: Movement, Stillness & Inner Harmony 🌈

All bodies. All identities. All love.

This week, our beautiful community at POWER ZEN YOGA FLOW gathered for a nourishing 1-hour experience combining mindful yoga and restorative sound healing. More than just a workout, this was a full-body reset — a space to move, breathe, release, and simply be.

Our classes are LGBTQ+ friendly and inclusive, welcoming people of all identities, expressions, and backgrounds. This is a judgment-free, supportive environment where everyone is invited to show up exactly as they are.

We began with a flowing yoga sequence designed to open the body, release tension, and improve flexibility. Each movement encouraged presence and self-connection, allowing participants to feel grounded, supported, and at home in their bodies.

As the practice transitioned into stillness, the space filled with the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls. Gentle vibrations carried everyone into a deeply restorative state — quieting the mind, calming the nervous system, and allowing the body to fully integrate the practice.

✨ To Prepare for Class:

• Wear comfortable, breathable clothing
• Bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, and any props you enjoy (blocks, straps, small towel)
• Arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and claim your space
• Come ready to move, stretch, rest, and receive healing sound

🌿 What You’ll Experience Each Week:

• A grounding yoga flow for strength, balance, and flexibility
• Restorative crystal sound bowl frequencies for deep relaxation
• A safe, inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming space
• A sense of peace, lightness, and renewed energy

These classes are a reminder that wellness lives in both movement and stillness — strength for the body, calm for the mind, and openness for the heart.
