Lewisham BMX Women & Girls Session - Summer Series
About this Event
11:45am -12:45pm: BMX Women & Girls Session
Access Sport will lead this session to support women and girls of mixed abilities to gain more confidence with riding on a pump track and learning new skills. We will provide BMX bikes of different sizes for this session, as well as safety equiptment such as helmets, knee pads and elbow pads. Feel free to bring your own bike if you have - we will carry out safety checks to ensure it is suitable for the session.
Mums/guardians are welcome to join in!
Can't quite pedal yet? No problem, this session is open to beginner and less confident participants and we will support riders to build their balance before pedalling.
Please sign in on arrival at Lewisham BMX Track container.
