This year’s theme, “Lead Where You Are,” empowers young professionals to take initiative and make an impact from any seat in the organization. The day will feature:
- Level Up Awards celebrating outstanding young leaders
- Engaging sessions and experiences to inspire growth and leadership
- An impact project that strengthens community connection
- Closing keynote by Lauren Beane, nationally recognized TEDx speaker. Her keynote, “Ready Enough”, is an empowering message about activating your confidence even with only 50% of the answers
