Bonnie teaches Usui-style Reiki, incorporating practical energy work and how to use it into your practice.
Classes are small to help students to be comfortable and successful.
This class is a mix of online and in-person study. Students receive study materials with videos before class so they can browse the materials at their own pace.
Class time is a mix of meditation, disccussion and hands-on practice.
Your class includes:
*Discussion of the origins of Reiki and how it works
*Discussion of energy and how we perceive it
*The Energy Field, Auras and chakras
*How our intention is integrated into Reiki
*The Three Pillars, as taught by Dr. Usui
*Level one attunement
*Hand positions for treatment of self and others
*Practice time
*A monthly Reiki Share group is available for students who wish to continue practicing
Cost: $300 plus HST.
A deposit of $150 plus HST is required to reserve your spot in the class. The remainder is due on the day of class.
