And time for you to relax and switch off from the outside world, giving yourselves time to fully receive and integrate these teachings and attunements 🙏

[ Aimee ]. Ethics is very important in my practice and i value it very much. I have been a Reiki Master for over 2 years, and started my professional Reiki practice 6 years ago . As well as my Hollistic therapies i am also a qualified mental health nurse and worked within the NHS for 20 years .
I am extremely passionate about mental health and using Reiki as a therapeutic intervention to help people heal their mental health journey. I have been using Reiki successfully within the NHS within mental health teams in the community and on the wards to those who are more severe. I love Watching people transform and heal on this journey .
I came across Reiki 8 years ago when i experienced a dark night of the soul / deep depression. I can honestly say if it was not for Reiki i would definitely not be where i am today, the shifts and changes i have experienced. I am so grateful 🙏.
(Lindsay) I began my Reiki Journey over 15 years ago, at the time it was to share healing with her grandad,but it soon became a very valued healing tool for myself and my family and one that opened up a huge journey of self healing and development, working massively on self worth and self belief ❤️
