This event is for adults only. No prior dancing or yoga experience is necessary.

Please avoid consuming alcohol or using any illegal substances in the hours leading up to the event.

We suggest bringing a mat and a blanket to stay warm and comfortable during the Yoga Nidra practice. We look forward to dancing, connecting, and relaxing with you!

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a free-form movement practice where participants dance without any structured steps or choreography, often with the aim of achieving a state of mental and physical liberation. This practice is rooted in the idea that dance is a natural and universal way to express emotions, connect with others, and release stress.

The atmosphere is non-judgmental and supportive, encouraging dancers to move in any way they feel called, creating a safe space for personal expression and emotional release.

What is Ceremonial Cacao?
