Many people consider their yoga mat or a place in their home where they reflect, pause and meditate to be a special, or sacred, space.
This workshop will provide opportunity to explore themes, objects and ideas that you can use when creating your own sacred space including journaling, oracle cards, crystals, meditation, scents and sounds as a way to connect with yourself and/or the universe.
We ran this workshop as part of a Yoga & Wellbeing Day Retreat recently and it was so popular, we've brought it back as a stand alone event.
