Lev Nurtition Seminar

This course is specifically designed to be an introductory crash course into the world of nutrition and diet.

Encouraging youth athletes, their parents, and individuals that need just a better understanding of what and how nutrition works this course is designed to be welcoming and engaging. She wants to provide a welcoming and educational environment where people can really start to understand the simple steps to get them to that place they want to be.

The seminar will be around an hour to and hour and a half and we will leave plenty of time for Q&A.
We will also be live webcasting the seminar for REMOTE individuals to attend as well who will also be able to ask questions via online platform real time.

We hope to see you there and others from outside the gym and even non lifters are of course welcome to join !!!
