Join us 9-11:45 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 23, at the Kirksey Recreation Center for Healthy Livonia’s 100 Days to Health program kickoff! The first 150 registered participants will receive exclusive swag, including a workout bag, water bottle, and knit hat, plus a free day pass to the center. You can also weigh in for the Weight Loss Fitness Challenge! You must register in the 100 Days to Health program to participate.
We’ve also got two exciting sessions on Feb. 23: 9:30-10:30 a.m., join Registered Dietitian Mary Balog for the first entry in the "Cooking to Nourish" series, where you’ll learn practical tips for balanced meal planning and how cooking fosters emotional and social well-being. Then, 10:45-11:45 a.m., Keri Lappi will lead "Growing Grit: Achieving Big Goals," offering tools to help you build resilience and reach your health goals.
