Join us for Let’s Talk Hormones, part of Kuya’s Let’s Talk Series, led by Kuya’s Nurse Practitioner, Colleen Clougherty, APRN, FNP-C. This masterclass is designed to help women better understand the four biological seasons of the female cycle and how to support each phase through nutrition, movement, and lifestyle alignment.
Rather than working against your body, this class explores how to work with it. Expect a grounded and approachable conversation around hormones, energy, recovery, cravings, mood, movement, and long-term vitality.
This is not a clinical lecture or wellness trend conversation. It’s an opportunity to slow down, learn something useful, ask questions, and leave with a deeper understanding of your body and the patterns that shape your daily life.
