- 10:00 AM: MEET at the kinetic fountain "Jupe d’Eau" (across from Levi’s at the intersection of JC Penney & Nordstrom)
- 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: SKETCH
- 12:30 PM: RECONVENE to share our work, make introductions, and take our group photo. (Location to be determined on-site).
- 1:00 PM: END

A Note on Mall Etiquette
We want to ensure we remain welcome guests! As we sketch, please be mindful of the following:
Keep Pathways Clear: Avoid setting up easels or sitting in high-traffic corridors, doorways, or near store entrances where you might obstruct shoppers.
Respect Personal Space: If you are capturing people, do so discreetly. If a shopper notices you and expresses interest, feel free to smile and share your work, but always prioritize their comfort and flow of movement.
Be Low-Profile: Keep your gear tidy and compact. A small stool or a sketchbook on your lap is perfect. Avoid large setups that take up extra tables or floor space in the food court.
Be Ambassadors: We are guests in a private space. If security or staff asks us to relocate, we will do so politely and immediately.
What to Bring
All skill levels are welcome whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting to explore your creativity. Bring your favorite sketching media, an easel if desired and maybe a folding chair or stool if you need to sit. If you’re new to sketching, your equipment can be as simple as a pencil and a sketchbook!
