Everyone is welcome, whether you’re a regular runner, just starting out or simply fancy coming along for a supportive group run.
Why are we doing this?
As the nights get darker, many women feel they have to change their routines, avoid certain places or miss out on outdoor activities because of safety concerns.
We’re hosting this run to raise awareness, bring our community together and show our support for women’s right to feel safe and welcome in public spaces, whatever the time of day.
Because everyone deserves the freedom to run without fear.
