FREE Tester Pilates Class in Quedgeley

Fancy giving Pilates a go but not sure if it's for you? 😊
Join us for a FREE Pilates Mat Tester Class, 5pm–6pm!
This class will be a little slower than our regular classes, giving you time to get familiar with the movements, understand how Pilates works and experience some of the benefits of regular practice.
Think better core strength, improved mobility, better posture and feeling a little more comfortable in your own body. And no, you don't need to be flexible, fit or know what you're doing before you arrive!
And the best bit? Absolutely no pressure to join afterwards.
At Pilates Flow, we don't do subscriptions, joining fees, memberships or block bookings. Just flexible class packs, so you can come when it suits you.
BOOK YOUR SPOT, give it a try and see how you feel. Nothing to lose, except perhaps a few excuses! 😉
