Shake off the stress of your week by joining us for an evening of hands on drumming and shared energy.
“Let’s Drum” is a guided group percussion experience led by Linda Melchner, EdD, a HealthRHYTHMS® facilitator and certified drumming & sound practitioner, designed to help you reconnect with your natural sense of rhythm while supporting creativity, and nervous-system balance, and relieving stress….. a mid week reset.
You’ll be invited to explore a variety of percussion instruments placed in the center of the circle—a large variety of drums, shakers, chimes, and much much more more—while being guided through various rhythms that build connection within the group and within yourself.
$10 ticket to reserve you spot and $20 at the door.
No experience required just come and drum.
