This journey is for anyone who feels ready to put down what they’ve been carrying and create space for what comes next.
Whether it’s the ending of a relationship, an old identity, resentment, grief, emotional heaviness or simply a chapter you know you’ve outgrown, this experience invites you to stop holding it all together and allow your breath to take you somewhere the thinking mind cannot.
You don’t need any breathwork experience.
You don’t need to perform.
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re ready to release.
It takes courage to lay on the mat, but once you’re there, all you have to do is breathe.
Your session includes preparation, a fully immersive 9D Breathwork journey through headphones and time afterwards for grounding and integration.
