An extended 3 hour Yin Yoga and Sound Bath session (treat for yourself) to nourish the Metal Element/ Lung Q for Autumn. The theme of the Autumn is letting go. This is an afternoon of slowing down and releasing. You will learn some ideas of how to take care of yourself this season according to Chinese Medicine.
There will be a sound bath to finish.
